Each treatment is carried out on the Hydrotherm warm water cushions, which provide an effective, pressure-free support to the whole body and allow you to float on a bed of warm water.
These treatments are available from 12 weeks onwards.
Hydrotherm Full Body Massage

This full body massage is perfect during pregnancy. Unlike traditional massages, it does not require you to lie on your side, therefore you can receive a thorough massage on the whole body up until the last day of your pregnancy. This full body massage has a calming, relaxing and soothing effect, whilst reducing the discomfort experienced during pregnancy.
The temperature of the water is kept comfortable for your body at this sensitive time, and you will be propped up as you require to breathe freely.
Zu Reflexology
£48 (60mins)
With a more therapeutic approach, or if you just love a foot massage, Zu Reflexology is recommended in order to reduce different kinds of issues experienced during pregnancy, to enhance well-being and to feel calm and positive.
