Your comfort and safety throughout the entire treatment are our top priorities. Each treatment is performed on Hydrotherm warm water cushions, which provide effective, pressure-free support for the whole body, allowing you to float on a bed of warm water.
These treatments are available from 12 weeks onwards.
Hydrotherm Full Body Massage

This full-body massage is perfect during pregnancy. Unlike traditional massages, it doesn’t require you to lie on your side, allowing you to receive a thorough massage on your entire body right up until the last day of your pregnancy. The massage has a calming, relaxing, and soothing effect, while also reducing discomfort experienced during pregnancy.
The water temperature is carefully regulated to suit your body at this sensitive time, and you will be propped up as needed to breathe freely.
Zu Reflexology
£50 (60mins)
With a more therapeutic approach—or if you simply love a foot massage—Zu Reflexology is recommended to alleviate various issues experienced during pregnancy, enhance well-being, and promote a sense of calm and positivity.
